Why do I have to pay ACC?

And this is why we are in the business we are in.  As each client is unique as to their ACC liabilities, we need to first review your account.  We will then come back to you and provide you with detailed information and help you to better understand ACC.


How much does the service cost?

While we do have a very affordable base annual fee, we work with clients on a case by case basis and any fees would be advised by us up front and agreed by you, prior to being incurred.


What information do I need to provide?

As we go directly to ACC to obtain your ACC levy history, you will need to provide us with your authority, which is a matter of completing our simple one-page form that can be found here.


How safe is my information?

Your privacy is very important to us and any information we collect with relation to you or your business is strictly confidential.  


What happens to my ACC correspondence?

At the commencement of our service we change all mailing addresses with ACC to ours, so all of your levy correspondence comes to us in the first instance.  We will then contact you with updates as necessary throughout the year.


Can my Accountant do this for me?

This is a question that you will have to ask them.  As many accountants around the country offer different levels of service when it comes to ACC advice and assistance. 


Can I contact ACC directly?

You absolutely can.  Anyone can contact ACC about their levy accounts.  But knowing the 'why' is a big part of what we do.  We assist you to understand not just that you need to pay ACC $$’s but why you need to pay them and what options you have.
